Went walking with my neighbor again. 4 miles, 9850 steps. Humid outside, but cloudy so not so hot, just sticky. Holding steady on weight, and TOM is due (yesterday) so that is good, not even a gain. Have to go to the dentist today and have a crown replaced, ugh! Hate the dentist.
