Can't walk this morning, storming. Walked yesterday, 4 miles, 9189 steps. Made homemade pizza Monday night for dinner and I decided to have one, so not sure on the calorie count in my food journal, but feel okay about it. Used Canadian Bacon and only 3 pieces of pepperoni (not a fan of Can. bacon, but it only has 60 calories for 5 slices) The pizza sauce was 60 calories or so for 1/4 cup, and only used mozzarella cheese. So really the only high calorie was the dough which I made in my bread machine with half white/half wheat flour. The boys each got to make their own, it makes enough for 6 "balls" that you roll out, so everyone gets to make their own style, fun! Walked: 3 miles, 7959 steps.
