This week I still struugling with the workout thing. But I am learning more things that I can do without using my elbow. Yesterday, went on a 3 mile bike ride pulling my 38 lb baby behind.so that has to count for something. I went to my doctor and he said I have tennis elbow and gave me a strap for my arm which helps out aliitle. Friday is my birthday and I was hoping to be under 200 by then. If stick to the diet and go out for a couple more rides and walks maybe just maybe I can get there.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.2 lb a week

Yeh I know what you mean- I have a problem with my knee and sometimes its hard to get the excercise in-All we can do is our best- hang in there & heres to making your birthday goal!

You are doing a great job and finding ways to keep exercising, congrats! Even if you are not at that exact weight by your birthday, you will be there very soon. Keep up the great work!
