MAN! L-Glutamine really works! I've been taking 1 gram a day, Whole Foods brand "for digestive health." I haven't consciously done anything to my diet, except cut out energy drinks (which I was finding pretty much impossible before I started L-Glutamine) and now I've been able to lose weight -- not even eating perfectly!

Since the last time I lost weight this rapidly was in high school, and I was also on L-glutamine, I'm thinking this might be the missing link.

Granted I don't think everyone who needs to lose weight has an L-Glutamine deficiency, but it appears if you do have one, it really helps if you supplement with it...
