Dufresne's Journal, 17 October 2012

Doing good on the water issue. I am not a water drinker so yesterday I forgot and drank 16 oz. The day before 4 x 8 oz so I was proud of myself. I still have a long way to go.

Just really hate looking in the mirror. Depressing with the weight gain.

For me I found a water that I like ~Aquafina. The first couple of months I drank the heck out of it so I can kick my Mt. Dew addiction. Now 4 months later I don't think twice about grabbing my Aquafina. Yes my family thinks I'm picky but I'm doing what I need to :)

I agree. I have done better the last two days with drinking water. But I think I am retaining it. That has always been the downer. hopefully I won't explode like a water balloon.
