Dufresne's Journal, 19 October 2012

Well I lost 1 pound this week which is good for me, but with all the water I really thought I would lose more. So this is disappointing to a point. Will keep trying though.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
