I'm pregnant. What a blessing! Those two words are quickly changing everything in my life. I'm curious how my healthy eating choices and diet will be impacted by this little life. So far, I know that I'm tired all the time and certain foods don't appeal, but mostly, I am always hungry. I know I can build in a couple hundred extra calories each day. I don't want to slide back into my weight-gain eating behaviors. And, I want to keep my body poised to slap back to it's current condition after this crazy journey ahead. Am I crazy? I guess I need to run some of this past the doc on Monday!
