Wahoo! Feels good to see the weight coming down. Time to renew my commitment to eating healthy and exercising. Can't become complacent because I've lost a few pounds. Want to see some 1-5 numbers by thanksgiving.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
