A little gain, but not a setback. Ate out this week too much, and need to stay on task at evening time. Just kind of a few out of ordinary weeks in a row. But still working out, and making better choices.

Traveled again this week, but managed 3 or 4 solid workouts. Very exciting to see my weight drop.

No change in my weight, but it is still an accomplishment. Travelled this last week to Denver, and managed to not gain any weight. Travelling again this week, but will be exercising and making good food choices.

Wahoo! Feels good to see the weight coming down. Time to renew my commitment to eating healthy and exercising. Can't become complacent because I've lost a few pounds. Want to see some 1-5 numbers by thanksgiving.
