I'm having so much TROUBLE with this sleep eating problem I'm semi-consious and i can't stop the problem ...I'm very frustrated!
I have a Doctor's appointment on friday to find a solution once again...HELP! I still need a sleep aid ambien seems to be the only one that works

Have you tried melatonin? I hope you get some relief soon!

One easy thing to try is warm milk before bed. Calcium + Magnesium help to sleep. Melatonin like Amryk said is good too. Hope you find help soon.

I feel for ya Coach as sleep deprivation sucks. I have used Melatonin in my past and it helped me but everybody is different. Best Wishes for a speedy dose of sleepiness! TOWANDA!!!

I re-read your entry and it isn't only sleep deprivation but you are eating in a unconscious state? Wow, that really sucks. Again, I hope you have a speedy solution. TOWANDA!!!
