Yesterday was a bad day! I am usually so hard on myself but yesterday, my will power left me and I ate alot of stuff I wasn't supposed to. I usually keep my calorie intake under 1300 but yesterday I probably ate over 2000. I gained a lb on the scale and it serves me right. Yesterdays food: Fiberone with FF soymilk, nutrigrain bar, tomato and turkey bacon sandwich with real mayo on a sesame bun, nutrigrain bar, one Krystals burger (courtesy of my darling boyfriend), sugar free pudding, and 2 sprite zero and crown royals. Oh yeah, it looks so much worse when I write down. I didn't work out yesterday either.
Oh well, today is another day.
Food for today: B - Kashi Vive whole grain cereal w/ light soy milk and 1 veggie "sausage" patty L - Salad with crab and tomatoes and light rasp/walnut vin. dressing S - Sugar free pudding D - top sirloin Steak and asparagus
workout - 30 mins this morning. 1.6 mi
