143MCW's Journal, 23 August 2007

Yeah...back down to 191. I guess my weight gain was probably water weight but I can't be sure. I get to go grocery shopping today and I am excited. I do not have anymore food in the house that is SBD friendly. All I have is poptarts, cheez-its, and some hamburger buns. I finished my cereal this morning so I have no clue what I am having for lunch.

D - ??

Skipped workout this morning. I was so tired from trying to get adjusted to school sched. Will try to workout tonight.

Good luck grocery shopping, try to not go hungry...it just makes you want to buy the whole store..and things that don't belong in the cart seem to beckon you.

Get rid of the Cheez-its and Pop Tarts, it will rid you of the bad temptations. Replace it with SB friendly food..Have fun!

I totally got carried away grocery shopping. I spent almost $200 for just 2 ppl (ouch!). I have a darling boyfriend who should be 500 lbs he eats so unhealthy so I can't get rid of the temptations. I usually do so well to avoid them but when there is nothing else in the house to eat, they are calling my name. But thanks for the advice.
