Weekend war: Like everyone else, I tend to gain some weight back on the weekends. I try to be so strict, but the alcohol tends to be the cause. This weekend, I waged a war on my weight gain and I think I won. I had a very hearty breakfast after my 45 min workouts and then tried to get out of the house to keep from snacking. This seemed to work well. When I got on the scale this morning I was 191.4 and it is TOM for me. I hope that means that when this week is over, I will weigh less. I was hoping to be in the 180's by the end of last week but no such luck for me. I am ok with it though, I am trying as hard as I can and I had some bad days last week.
Goal for this week: I want to weigh 188 by Friday...think it is possible??
Food: B - low sodium v8, 1 cup of kashi whole grain cereal, 2 slices of turkey bacon. L - Ground sirloin patty and a side salad with onions, tom, and LF sundried tomato vin. dressing D - 3 Chicken tenders (not breaded) topped with salsa. Side of sauteed onions and tomatoes (it is so good.)
Workout: 30 mins on treadmill (2.07mi)
