So, this week I've actually lost around 1.5 pounds, which I'm happy about. I'm taking L-Glutamine which seems to help a lot with sugar cravings. I got it on a whim because in high school I took a B-vitamin supplement that had L-Glutamine in it, for test anxiety, and that was around the same time I lost about 30 pounds for no apparent reason. (I've always been a little bit chubby with the exception of a skinny stage when I had to be on a sugar-free diet, and for three years of high school and freshman year of college.)

My appetite, also, has dropped a lot. I've been eating around 800 cal/day, which I think is much too low to keep up very long without talking to a nutritionist (anorexia = really bad stuff). I think there has to be a balanced diet combination around 1200 cal/day with which I can lose weight, but I haven't found it yet.
