Day one is finally over!!! About to hit the shower and go to bed. I've got a long raod ahead of me, but I've got a full tank and I'm ready to keep this thing going. I've got a lot more food research to do, but I think in a few weeks I'll have the food part down and will know pretty much exactly what I need to keep the "engine" burning. Just have to get used to eating the snacks between meals. This site is DEFINITELY going to help me out a lot with that. I didn't think I'd be able to stay under 2000 calories at first, but if your eating the right things it's actually kind of a burdon to eat all of food your supposed to, which is freakin AWESOME!!!
