OH - I just realized that Pork Rinds are carbohydrate free, and that a serving is 9 pieces...boy, do they satisfy my need for crunchy! Actually, I only eat 4-5 pieces at a time, usually only maybe once a day, so as long as I exercise restraint (who, me???) I should be good.

I love, love, love pork rinds! But I always want to eat the entire bag lol. I don't eat them as often as I used to, tho. I started retaining water and needed to cut back on my sodium :/

Pork Rinds. Love them but can't eat much of them anymore....fluid retention. They are good for cheese dips too. Yummo!

They are great when I just need that crunch. With some Helluva-good french onion sour cream dip - yummy! I usually eat 1/2 a serving and I'm satisfied.

Well I have to say that I had a full bag 2oz bag of pork rinds.. I'm on the atkins so the 0g net carbs gives me a slight pass.. I just know that I had no business eating the whole bag! lol lol.. Won't have any more for a while.
I do have to say that I will have to try them with some type of dip.. :)

Yes, they are awesome with dips! I have a 3.5 oz. bag just sitting here waiting for me to devour them .. lol! I have that eating disorder where I don't want just a few of anything, I WANT THE WHOLE THING! haha!
