2.65 mi in 50 min

was bad for dinner last night - made "comfort food", my mom's version of goulash...ground beef, onions, egg noodles mixed together with cream of mushroom soup...YUM...ate too much, of course, but I also had sliced cukes...so today is coffee for breakfast, and a visalus shake for lunch. Need to go to the store too, out of salad fixins, which will be my dinner tonight - hubby gets the leftovers lol

OH my your comfort food sounded so good. I have made versions of this without the noodles but using cauliflower cooked in beef broth ... then stirred into the beef mixture. It will crumble up like rice as it's so soft. You might try this version next time you get the craving for comfort food. :)

I'll give that a try, but what about the cream of mushroom soup? I know that adds to the carbs, but since you're not eating the whole can...it wouldn't be so bad..it does sound good! Thanks :)
