I'm having a really blah day today. I've been trying not to work overtime this week, and it's been easy, because I'm too tired. I'm also hungry today. I'm trying to keep my snacks in the healthy range, but you know how it is...certian times of the month, you just need some chocolate! I had 3 hershey's kisses, so that wasn't too bad point-wise. I'm going to take a quick nap, and then hit the gym before Biggest Loser comes on tonight!

Sometimes our energy takes a holiday and it makes it hard to feel like we're giving anything our all. Aunt Flo's demand for chocolate should be heeded on demand. She can get quite nasty when you don't cater to her needs! I see she's even got you hitting one of my personal faves... the Wasabi Peas!!! Mmmmm. Makes my mouth water. I'm sure your energy will pick up in a day or two. Way to go for pushing through with the exercise!

3 little kisses ain't so bad ;) Everyone needs a l'll chocolate-TLC! Hope you don't have to do overtime this week..maybe just one day of sleeping in later/longer could help restore your energy..good idea on the nap--hope that "worked out" ok (yeah, pun intended!);)

Gee! I wish I could keep myself to 3 kisses when the chocolate craving comes...I think you did great. Hope you are feeling more energetic as the weather gets better. I'm starting to really look forward to being able to ride my bike. Cheers.

You know what really helps with chocolate cravings? Dark leafy veggies. I start to increase my spinach intake the week before and I feel so much better. I still get cravings (uh, I think I ate about 2# of chocolate this weekend...jk...) but I haven't had spinach in about 10 days. Time to add it back.
