Wowowowow what a terrible, exhausting, stressful week! I'm so happy it's almost over. I work today and then I get my Sunday/Monday off from now on. Thank goodness for overtime for all the hours I put in!

I'm so thankful that I didn't binge this week, though. I stayed on track, didn't eat emotionally to make myself feel better, and I feel good. I know it's mind over matter now!

I'm convincing the hubby to do a hike this weekend. Although I've stayed on track calorie wise, I've been too exhausted to exercise all week. Starting tomorrow, I'm getting back on my exercise routine. I definitely feel the difference if I don't work out.

So good to hear you'll be off tomorrow and Monday it sounds like you really need to recharge. The hike sounds wonderful with the kind of weather you must be having up there, if hubby won't go do a short one on your on just be sure to take your phone. It's amassing how nature can revive us. Have a great couple of days off. Good for you for not bingeing.
