Lotus's Journal, 08 April 2008

I am almost afraid to record my weight this morning, it is a little hard to believe. Down 0.6 to 123.6! I haven't seen that number in absolutely ages! I weighed myself several times to make sure it was right. I don't know why i do that, it always says the same thing, lol! I am so happy that it is coming off so steadily. that week that I didn't lose anything was torture! LOL it becomes an addiction to see that number going down, I need to prepare myself for reaching a STOPPING point once I am at my goal!
115 is about as low as I should go, although, I have seen a healthy range for my height go as low as 112 for athletes.
After that, if there is anything I am unhappy about, I should just tone it with weight bearing exercise. I thought about changing my goal weight, as I still have areas I want to slim out more, but I think I will wait until I get to 120 and see where I am at.
WOW I am almost there.I can't beleive it. It is cool to see the ups and downs of the chart, I think I will print it out and put it on the refrigerator as a constant reminder of all the hard work that got me here, once I reach my goals.
I forgot to record my exercise yesterday, I walked 4 miles. I would love to do that again, but storms are threatening.
Oh the joys of Texas in spring! Maybe we can get one in before they hit. if I drive down to the track, at least we can book it to the car when the rain starts.
I hope everyone is doing great today. I will try to catch up on ya'lls journals since I will likely be stuck in the house for most of the day, but right now I ought to see if we can get a walk in before it rains. Chat later! :D

Congratulations Karla. I have watched your journey since you joined and its so great to see you approach your goal. Changing your diet this year was the best thing you did. Now prepare yourself to be sensible about it and dont get carried away. That is a really good idea about printing off your chart.
