I'm a 53 year old mother of 2 who has tried every diet out there. South Beach seems to be a diet that can become part of my life. I'm here to try and do this and actually reach my goal without pills or fads. I'm not a person who loves to exercise so that will be my challenge. I need lots of help to stay on track. I hope everyone here can keep me motivated!
