Starting my 2nd 32 oz cup of water for the day. ok my migraine is back as the rain is moving back into the area. Feeling sick to my stomache. Didn't eat lunch, had 2 tums instead.

It's an adjustment getting accoustomed to drinking so much water isn't it? Sorry you're dealing with migraines. I've never had one,but, my youngest son and youngest daughter both have them. They have both found that lowering their carb intake helped(my daughter more so than my son).It must be hard to eat well when you deal with something like that. I hope you feel better soon!

Sorry that your migraines are giving you so much trouble this week, ALee. I have had a headache most of the week, but it is just an irritant, not a migraine. Hope you start to feel better soon. Have a great weekend.
