Ok, New week, new goals. I did not buy any Atkins Bars this week. I think I have been relying too heavily on them for snacks. Replacing with celery and cream cheese, and Cottage Cheese and Strawberries. We will see if it makes a difference in my weight this week. Only going to do the Shake 3 times this week instead of every day.

Good job on forgoing the bars. I would stall out for days any time I ate one. And your replacement snacks sound yummy. Good job!
