Ab Ripper is still hard. Back and Legs is hard too but I feel like I can do all the reps of most of the exercises. BUT, I'm not using an actual chin up bar just bands.
I have more energy than I have for a while. Working out hard is starting to feel normal. Not nearly as sore. Hungry but handling that. I like the taste of the yogurt with the whey protein powder and it really fills me up.
