This is when things get hard. I hope that tomorrow I show a good weight loss. My motivation is waning a bit. Staying on the diet is easier. Exercising daily, especially putting in alot of effort day after day is more difficult for me. I keep thinking of new clothes and looking and feeling better for the holidays and upcoming cruise.

3-4 days a week of P90x is enough for me. They're tough workouts. On off days I just try to at least do a mile, fast or slow, it doesn't matter. A mile is a mile. What matters is that I've done something rather than nothing. Not all days are created equal.. some days are better than others. I've peeked at your exercise journals... :)there's no fluff, just hard work. So if today or this week, you are not in the zone a 100%...you won't kill all the work you've put into this past month. I hope you see the results you are hoping for on the scale :) That's always a nice pat on the back. Sometimes though, the scale doesn't cooperate and we have to give ourselves our own pat on the back for getting out there and doing it anyway.
