Very tired Saturday. Barely could think. Read over some stuff regarding Whey Protein and its benefits to muscle recovery and soreness, etc. Bought some at Walmart. Mixed one serving with yogurt right after my workout Saturday and I've felt alot better. I'll continue to use the Whey Protein after lifting workouts and maybe cardio. Completed P90X yoga last night. I still have trouble with doing the challenging poses but I can feel improvement and did the first half without breaks. Tonight is P90X Legs and Back plus Ab Ripper.
When I'm hungry at night, I've been making a cup or 2 of Kikkoman Miso. It feels me up and is tasty. I don't feel like I've really lost alot but I guess I'll see on Thursday when I weigh in.
For now, I still feel motivated and pleased with my progress on P90X even though I feel like I've got a loooonnnggg ways to go.
