Hi FSers! :)

I had a not-planned indulgence night. I am on a strict no-sugar diet and had an urge to eat sugar!! It's not good at all for my health, anyway, it has not been too bad. Few spoons of jam and 30grams of chocolate. I noticed I had less than 10 grams of sugar per day lately, maybe I just needed some :-/

I have been hiking today. Went on a hill just out of town. It's really a nice place! There's a nice view of town, nice forrest in autumn colors, lots of happy ppl walking.
I have seen again paragliders. In the past three weeks I have seen paragliders next to me already two times, and I was not looking for them! And I have been reading a lot about this sport. I want to try a "flight" with an instructor, have been thinking about it for some weeks already and I don't think it's just by chance I see paragliders so often. it's good to know there are ppl practising this sport also here. I might try on springtime or maybe earlier.
Anyway, took some nice pics and enjoyed the last sunny warm day before Cold German Winter starts.

What else? I feel better and I am doing sports and seeing friends every day. It seems I am back to the energy levels I used to have when I was studying at University.Now I am 57kgs, the same weight as I was 19, just ten years ago. during University I lost weight, and at my minimum I have been 49kgs. On average my weight was between 52 and 56 and my aim is to go back and mantain a weight on that interval. I also would like to loose some of the belly fat and increase muscle mass. Anyway, I am already happy I fit in all my old clothes now.
Few days ago I have given to some friends the large trousers I had to buy as emergency last year. I remember I had only that pair of trousers, all the other ones were suddenly too small. The I started buying clothes that could adapt to a larger or smaller size, since I did not know how far this quick weight gain would go.
I am glad things are better.
I can really tell now how my weight loss/gain is stress related. it's really impressive I can gain or loose 1 to 2 kgs a week.
