I've been off the map for a few days ... I'm taking the rest of September off to regroup. I'm reading some interesting stuff, gathering some new recipes, and putting together a plan to carry me through to my goal in the next three months. The three hardest damned months of the year to have to deal with diet and weight management! The goal is the same ... the plan is ever evolving! I'll be back October first!
