What's to tell? I'm 53 years old, happily married (27 years), gainfully employed, and the proud father of 6 children (mostly grown). My health is better after a couple of near catastrophes about a year and a half ago. At that time I was advised that weight loss and better eating - along with some exercise - would improve my health immensely. Since I plan to live forever, I've taken this advice seriously and I weigh 40 pounds less than I did during that crisis! And I want to keep going! I live in rural Washington state, so finding activities to keep me up off my a@@ is easy! And my family is very involved. They've tolerated some changes in their food choices very well. And they keep me running! This is going to work!
