I'm back ... I tried another site for a few days and I've decided to stay here. I'm still on track to meet my goal New Year's day, so back to it! Weigh-in is the day-after-tomorrow!

Aaaaah! Nightmare! I had one this morning ... I was back in the hospital again after gaining back TWICE the weight I've lost over the past two years! SHIT! And the doctor was telling me I wasn't going to make it! WAKE-UP CALL! My concience is obviously giving me a little dig for wandering in to the fringes of the food world, again! It's time to get severe and back on track ... New Year's Day is coming!

I just took a couple of days off ... no harm done. Sometimes I just get tired of documenting everything. Sometimes I just get bored with what I'm eating. Sometimes ... it's both at the same time! But I'm back on board ... let's go!

Movin' right along ... weather's been beautiful, holidays are coming, everyone's settled back into school and stuff. It's just a big smiley face time! I've found some new food recipes to try out so I can break-up the monotony a little bit. It's all GOOD!

I'm very excited! Today I start a new plan, of sorts. It's what will help me accomplish my New Year's Day goal and add a little change to what has become a dull routine. I'm looking forward to this challenge and the results!
The main parts of this plan include drinking only ice water ... no juice, milk, pop, booze, etc. Coffee and tea are supposed to be excluded, as well, but I don't think I want to go there quite yet. Also: WALK! Thirty minutes a day - every day. That's half an hour total, however you want to do it. In ADDITION to just being up and around during the day. The point of this? If you can make these two baasic functions a HABIT, you can habituate yourself to any scheme or plan or regimen to lose weight and get healthy! Let's find out!
