TGIF!!!!! I am feeling much better today, but still no workout, I had a headache this morning, so I skipped it and I had to be to work early, so another excuse. I'm hoping that this weekend I can start back up with the workouts and keep that motivation into next week. My eating has just been terrible this week, so I'm sure I'll see a gain next week, but I will just have to push myself to get back down. I did pass on Dairy Queen last night (which is unheard of), but instead had a piece of homemade pumpkin pie from my mom. The squash that she used had to be more nutritious than DQ, right. I just have to keep working and telling myself that this is for my health and when I eat crap I feel like crap, so stop it already. Next week will be better! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!
