Feeling better today, but still tired and a headache and no voice. I'm going to try to get to bed early tonight so I can get a workout in tomorrow morning. I haven't worked out since Saturday and I've eaten horribly since then, so I'm waiting to weigh in until next Tuesday, which will be an "official" weigh in day for me. I want to give myself a little time to get back into a routine and a better frame of mind before I weigh in, see a gain, and feel down about it. I figure if I'm getting back into my workout routine and eating better I'll know the gain will go away, but if I weigh in now when I'm so tired I could fall over I think I'd just be ready to throw in the towel. Throwing in the towel can't happen, I need to be strong and keep going. I have to learn how keep my healthy eating up when I'm not feeling well. It was also my birthday Sunday, so I've had cake, pies, ice cream cake, and other things given to me and I have a hard time resisting when I'm feeling good, so when I don't feel well all of those things sound even better. No more cake!!
