Back to the real world,however I never really left it,just did a little sidestep.Of course I am rereading the new book,but know pretty much what to do.Of course its back to Induction and this time I'm going to stay a little longer.
Today went very well,planned out my meal and if I have to make changes I will,but looks like everything is down pat for today.
Drinking 108 oz. of water thats another goal,to get no less then that in each day. Didn't get to walk this morning,ran around shopping and doing various things in the house.
There are no regrets,I just have to smile at my self and say it is what it is.Onward always won't allow negative to take a place in my thoughts.For me that is defeat. My success is coming back owning up and doing what needs to be done.
