First day returning to induction was very clean.Drink 100 oz of the 108
that I wanted to get too.Positive vibes here.Taking one day at a time

Second day off to a great start, its all in the planning.I see adjustments will have to be made for tomorrow getting my nc up and adding more veggies. No concern here. Will do it.

Still can't do the walking I want to,back is still out, maybe tomorrow
I still am walking thru the house hundreds of times,so I'm not being
a couch potato.

This has nothing to do with program. But I just watch a beautiful video
of "Challenger" the first bald eagle to free fly at events. He is 19 and just amazing. To say that I'm passionate for Eagles is a understatement. He was named after our shuttle mission with the crew aboard that blew up.He was found in La. after being blown out of the nest in 1991.A fisherman spotted the nest with parents flying overhead
and thought he was doing right(bird 5 weeks old at that time)begin to raise him and when he tried to have him survive on his own he couldn't
didn't know how.So at this point he was inprinted with humans and given
to the American Eagle Society where he was trained to perform. And believe me he is awesome.

Sounds like two good days and tomorrow will be three. You will be back in the swing of things in no time. I would love to see Challenger perform, they are awesome birds. We have lots of bald eagles where I live and its awesome to watch them soar on the wind currents. :)

Alright Mary Ellen. I am going to have to watch that video. The eagles nest not too far from my home along the bluffs of the Mississippi River, near Clarksville Missouri. It is awesome to see. They are so magnificent!! :)
