I actually have chronic inflammation in my joints, so it may help me to eat these foods. What are some of the foods and drinks that reduce inflamation?

I think an anti-inflammatory die y would be good for me too. I have arthritis and take turmeric and it has definitely helped. I know blueberries are good for information and some fish.
