after having the stomach virus all weekend i'm feeling better today and back on track.

Back to the exercise:

6 lb arm weights (curls) 3 x 20
3 lb arm butterflies 15
wall push ups....3 x 20
Ab crunches.....3 x 25
Waist twists (with weights in hand) 2 x 15
Jumping jacks.....2 x 25
Running in place for 5 min.
