Followed same exercise routine....only added another 3 min to my running (now at 15 min) and using 3lb hand weights.
Added 5 min of jump rope.
Everything else is the same so far.

Trying to get back on track today. Eating well and drinking much water as needed.
Exercise;
13 min of running in place.
75 Wall push ups
60 arm crunches with 6lb weights
30 over head/back stretches with 6lb weights
20 butterflies with 3lb weight
75 Jumping jacks
75 ab crunches

after having the stomach virus all weekend i'm feeling better today and back on track.
Back to the exercise:
6 lb arm weights (curls) 3 x 20
3 lb arm butterflies 15
wall push ups....3 x 20
Ab crunches.....3 x 25
Waist twists (with weights in hand) 2 x 15
Jumping jacks.....2 x 25
Running in place for 5 min.
