Stayed on track yesterday - having some vertigo type issues again - haven't had for ages.
Tried to have an easy day. Son's eagle project underway - very stressed. Not feeling tip-top.
Gotta keep going.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
