I took my measurements this morning as a new way of tracking progress since the scale has been unreliable lately. I'm going into the gym again today. I did ok on the eating front yesterday until after dinner, I had a little of the left over cheesecake from the weekend. Back on track today. I was still under my RDI but it's got things like dairy and sugar that I am trying to avoid.
I sure do miss that awake, alert feeling I got from the prescription appetite suppressant. I haven't taken any since I switched to the herbal but I feel the loss.
I know for sure I will be showing a weight gain at the weigh in tomorrow. They know I started lifting weights, though, so I think they will understand.
Today I am thankful for coffee. I am thankful for my husband and our strong relationship. I am thankful for my FS buddies who continually help me along this journey and teach me something new daily.
