Back to gym last night after 2 weeks off, and feel so good this morning. Those endorphins rock!
Also cooked dinner last night for a change, with spinach and feta I was about to throw out!!! Added with some wild rice and spices...wow, it was a beauty!!! Also relatively healthy too!!!
Jumped onto the scale this morning, and no weight loss yet since my last weigh in, but hoping with my better eating habits this week, I should see a small drop at least by Thursday morning.
Travelling to Cape Town today on business, so hoping I am able to be disciplined, and make it to the hotel gym tonight.
