Hey guys! I'm disappointed to report that I did not go to zumba today.....I know I know. Walking across this large campus each day does make up for it. I will be attending zumba tomorrow with a friend while biking to class. I NEED to make better choices with my meals. Today was a test in my eating habits and I am proud to say that I passed with flying colors! I am one step closer to my goal and I refuse to give up now. Another thing that may help you with your goal to a healthier lifestyle is building your self-esteem. Looking in the mirror telling yourself that you are handsome/beautiful or even leaving sticky notes around your room actually help. Just remember that God made you in HIS image so if you call yourself "ugly" all of the time, you are just telling God that He made a mistake. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST!!!
