Good evening, I'm beginning my journey on the road to a healthier lifestyle! I have currently added daily walking and biking 3 days a week to my classes along with going to Zumba. It may not be much, but it is more than what I have been doing the past few years. My biggest enemy is my self-confidence, self-esteem, etc. I know I can do this but I need help staying on track. It angers me when people tell me how I'm supposed to eat or I shouldn't be eating certain things. All I need is support and motivation to achieve my goal. Learning about new recipes interests me but I shut down once again when people try to control my eating habits. I can admit that I LOVE food. This is a problem. haha Your advice is welcomed. :)
