Hello everyone!
I feel absolutely great right now!!! Zumba helped to relieve the stress that's been piling on since I'm here at college. It feels amazing to get back into shape. I am on the road to a healthier lifestyle. My eating habits are my main issue. I need to remind myself how important my eating habits and exercise are. I would love to hear about y'alls journeys too. I cannot wait to begin these weight-loss challenges this weekend. Good luck!

Hey guys....
I honestly feel like I did horrible today. I may bad food choices but my calories were still lower than what I should consume on here. I did not go to Zumba like I was supposed to since "My stomach didn't feel right." I know that was all in my head and me just being lazy. I am very disappointed in myself right now. I also drank another soda today. I stopped drinking soda in middle school but I've been slipping since I've went to college (only 5 sodas). I
REFUSE
to gain anymore weight. This is embarrassing.....I need to prepare for these weight-loss challenges that I signed up for. I will not repeat my actions. I feel like a failure. I know I can do this. I must stop giving in. Good luck guys!

Hey guys!
I'm disappointed to report that I did not go to zumba today.....I know I know. Walking across this large campus each day does make up for it. I will be attending zumba tomorrow with a friend while biking to class. I
NEED
to make better choices with my meals. Today was a test in my eating habits and I am proud to say that I passed with flying colors! I am one step closer to my goal and I refuse to give up now. Another thing that may help you with your goal to a healthier lifestyle is building your self-esteem. Looking in the mirror telling yourself that you are handsome/beautiful or even leaving sticky notes around your room actually help. Just remember that God made you in HIS image so if you call yourself "ugly" all of the time, you are just telling God that He made a mistake.

Good evening,
I'm beginning my journey on the road to a healthier lifestyle! I have currently added daily walking and biking 3 days a week to my classes along with going to Zumba. It may not be much, but it is more than what I have been doing the past few years. My biggest enemy is my self-confidence, self-esteem, etc. I know I can do this but I need help staying on track. It angers me when people tell me how I'm supposed to eat or I shouldn't be eating certain things. All I need is support and motivation to achieve my goal. Learning about new recipes interests me but I shut down once again when people try to control my eating habits. I can admit that I
