Hubby and I went out today to run some errands together and then he went shopping with me at the mall. I found two new dresses and a pair of jeans that I love!! They are so comfortable and I like that I can shop in stores now that have just smaller sizes. :) We went out to dinner tonight and I went slightly over my calories, but got a lot of exercise and I will be walking to the gym in the morning. Here is one of my new dresses, that I decided to try on with my furry heels LOL (the other one I bought is more business for the office and not pictured here) The black dress below is one that I just picked up from being altered from a size 16 down to a size 10: Here's a pic of me wearing it when I was squeezed into the size 16:

I LOVE seeing you in your new clothes - the difference is astounding! And so gratifying, right? I saw someone's Facebook photo of me from two years ago in a group photo - and I also have changed a lot - not quite done yet though...

Thanks :) I am enjoying buying new clothes, now that I am in maintenance/toning mode. I cleaned out my closet and dresser drawers once again yesterday and have two more bags being donated today. Shopping for jeans yesterday was fun, especially since the biggest size they carry in that store is a size 9 and it fit wonderfully!!! I can't remember the last time I was able to wear anything in a junior size...maybe as a teen?? HCB - You will be at maintaining before you know it. You are doing awesome and I can't wait to congratulate you on meeting your goal. :)

Shazzyb - Thanks, the best part about seeing that dress on me after it was altered (taken in from 16 to 10) is the fact that I can also now wear it without control items underneath!! In the earlier photo, I was wearing control top hose and spanx. It was taken in everywhere (a bunch in the stomach area, tapered down the sides and taken in on the top under my arms) and I don't have any support clothing on now under the new size. It is an awesome feeling!!
