Ok so back in may i was 151, a couple weeks ago i weighed myself and i was like 153 again! Today 9/14/12 - i weighed in at 151. I have a plan now and I am ready to do this...

This morning I took the dogs for a walk and lifted some weights and did some abs trying to come up workouts for April and I.
