I've been doing pretty good so far. I'm down 15 lbs, and I'm proud of that. But I really think I need to kick it up a bit. My portion control with food is good, but I feel I just don't eat clean...and I've fallen away from recording my food intake. Also I need to start getting more exercise in again.

After the move, it is probably taking a little time to adjust, right? Recording in the food diary is THE thing that keeps me accountable and helps me to track how much I can eat each day. ANd. drinking lots of water helps me , too. Good luck - You CAN do this - eat less, move more!

Your 15 pounds is a good amount of weight to have lost, and you should feel VERY proud of that. Good job with the portion control. That's a key element.

Great job on the 15 lbs.! Portion control is a big part of this, but I'd try to make sure you record so you know that you're within your RDI. I try to eat "clean" all day, then for dinner I know it's not so clean, but I stay within my RDI and I'm working on the "clean" part. Now that you're moved, once things are settled down the exercise will be easier to get done. Good luck!!

Again, great job on the 15 pounds! I do what I can for eating clean, but I do eat my share of processed food. Logging your food is a habit like anything else, after the first couple of weeks it becomes easier and easier.

15 pounds is great! Celebrate all your accomplishments. I agree with HCB, eat less move more and logging does help me stay on track too. Good luck on reaching the next 15 pounds lost. :)

Great job on the 15lb lose girl. You doing good. Well just remind yourself of how good it felt to write it down and be able to see the proff of why u r losing weight.
