Am on here late - too busy at work today to journal or eat! My calorie total was so low today I got to have a banana for desert. Not really a "diet" fruit but very yummy.
Someone got hurt at work today so I spent a good part of the day at the doctor's. Fortunately, nothing was broken. Today I am very thankful for that.

It sounds like you were busy! At least you had a banana available. I'm sure the worker appreciated someone from the company being there to be sure everything was covered. Go home, take a deep breath and put your feet up!

Stressful, but over now, plus you got a banana out of the deal. One thing about office work, it does wait well...unless it's stuff for the government, they have those pesky due dates to contend with...
