Last night was really hard being back on my diet and that I haven't gotten healthy food in the house yet. Dinner started out really well I have baked chicken breast with green giant steamers broccoli, caulifour, carrots in a cheese sauce. Then I had a sugar free jello pudding but then later on I ate one of the last remaining cupcakes in the house. I guess what I did wasn't too bad but really I felt bad. I hope today will be better and I choose better food choices. Lets see what today brings.
