Same weight this week. We had to travel this week. Good part was we missed Halloween. But eating out and not so healthy snacks the husband bought for the car were not good. I have to turn this around.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
