Too much sodium over the weekend and I did not get much of a walk in yesterday because of the heat. Have to get the gym membership so I can get this body toned, and my next big goal is 170 pounds.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
